    6. When the oil is ready and a hot. Pick up a chicken strip, dip it in the flour and then re dip it in the milk mix…(double dip) then flour again till the chicken is covered.
    7. When the chicken is covered, gently put it in the oil and wait for it to fry (15-25 minutes) depending on how crispy you want it.
    8. Repeat this cycle till the pan is frying approx 7-8 chicken strips.
    9. When finished frying, put some tissue on a plate to soak up all the excess oil.
    10. Add some BBQ sauce and enjoy☺
