    13. Take Green chutney
    14. Take 5-6 green chillies
    15. Take 4-5 garlic cloves
    16. Prepare handful Pudina ( mint leaves)
    17. Prepare 1/2 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
    18. Take 1/2 tsp jeera /cumin seeds
    19. Take to taste Salt
    20. Get 1 tsp lemon juice
    21. Take For tempering tadka
    22. Make ready 3 chopped green chillies
    23. Get 2 tsp Curry leaves
    24. Prepare 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    25. Take 2 tsp oil

    Instructions

    Steps to make Sandwhich Dhokla:

    1. For rava dhokla mix all the above ingredients..except Eno… Before steaming add Eno if required add water mix well immediately pour on plate Grease with oil and steam for 5to 10 minutes
    2. Blend all the above green chutney ingredients
    3. Now prepare another batter of dhokla as mentioned above… As rava dhokla gets steam remove it from steamer after 2 minutes..spread green chutney on rava dhokla
    4. Now spread another batter of dhokla over it and steam it for 20 minutes on medium slow flame
    5. Prepare tadka.. By adding oil mustard seeds as it splitters add curry leaves and green chillies… As second layer of dhokla gets ready add this tempering tadka over it..
    6. Now cut into pieces serve it with green chutney and enjoy sandwich dhokla
