    1. Cook the daal in the pressure cooker
    2. Take oil in a pan and let it heat, then add cumin mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add finely chopped onions and sauté for few seconds.
    3. Next add ginger garlic paste and green chilli sauté for few seconds. Add tomato and let it become soft
    4. Next add all the dry masala, garam masala and sauté for few seconds and add coriander leaves.
    5. Lastly add Makhana and cover the pan. Cook for one min.
    6. Mix the mixture, and add the cooked daal and add water as required
    7. Add salt to taste and mix well and boil for one min
    8. Your healthy daal is ready
