    1. Clean your Mogodu until all sands are out and trim the fat. Chop and dice all your veggies - onion, tomato, green pepper, baby turnip, garlic, ginger. Because will be using a pressure cooker, put everything in my pot. No need for water when using pressure cooker, mogodu has excess water on it's own.
    2. Add your mogodu, veggies, hot curry powder, beef curry stock, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper to the pressure cooker. Set your stove on a medium setting and cook for 30-45 minutes. After cooking release steam from your pressure cooker and thicken your mogodu with gravy with powder soup. Enjoy
