    Brush the first side of salmon generously with half of the glaze and once oil is hot, add salmon to the pan (glaze-side-down). In the pan, brush the second side generously with remaining glaze. On the side burner, melt the brown sugar, honey and butter in a small saute pan over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and whisk in the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and ginger.

    Instructions to make Glazed Salmon:

    1. Prepare glaze by melting butter in a skillet, then adding all other ingredients except salmon on low heat. Takes about 5 minutes for all to combine
    2. Once glaze is finished allow to sit and cool about 10 min.
    3. Place salmon on top of tin foil, add glaze over the top and wrap completely in foil. Let sit in the fridge at least an hour. I prefer 2 hours.
    4. After 1-2 hrs in fridge, keeping salmon wrapped in the foil place on cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 450°F for 20 minutes.
    5. Enjoy! I always have a strawberry salad with mine ;)

    Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the syrup mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle with scallion and almonds before serving. This glazed salmon turned out wonderfully. I followed the recipe exactly and did not make any changes.
