My spring roll recipe is more 'chinese' oriented than anything else, so I don't use any 'curry' spices and keep it simple and authentic, with just the basic spices (salt/pepper/lemon/soya.

    1. Cook chicken in a pan by heating oil, then add the chicken ith ginger garlic paste, tumeric and some salt without any water. Till there's no water left then add lemon juice, mix well till it's shredded.
    2. In a separate pan, add oil, whole cumin seeds fry till you feel.the smell. Then add cabbage & onions fry for 2-3mins then add capsicum and carrots and mix well. Fry for another 3-5 m8ns, we don't want them soggy. Then you can add chillies if desired.
    3. Next add the shredded chicken and mix well. Cook.till there's no moisture then taste for salt and pepper and switch off gas. Once it's completely cooled, its ready to be used.
